Located close the Hereford, Coldwells House is a recently refurbished Georgian Villa and truly unique property. Owned and operated by Herefordshire Care Group which provides exceptional Dementia and residential care to 39 residents at the location.

In keeping with the heritage of the property and the level of care provided our team worked to deliver a design that would not only provide a beautiful bespoke finish but also a functional and durable space.
As the home provides care to residents with dementia it was important the interior was sensitive to their requirements, colours, textures and patterns were chosen to be dementia-friendly.

As a full interior refit, all areas of the property were to be restyled, the design incorporated a variety of bespoke soft furnishings including:
